Position Overview



  • The Information Security Officer’s mission is to ensure comprehensive information security risk-management coverage of all Deutsche Bank Suisse applications and associated processes. The role will report to the Technical Information Security Officer (TISO) for Switzerland.

  • Assess any new, or changes to existing applications and associated processes to identify risks before go-live and recommending improvements.

  • Communicate with and educate application and process owners effectively, including non-technical individuals, on the importance of information security controls, adherence to the bank’s policies and in-country regulatory requirements and the role of the TISO.

  • Liaise with Vendor Management to facilitate IT Vendor Risk Management assessments

  • Interpret the significance of IT audit findings, conclude on findings and make practical recommendations liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.


Job Profile:



  • 2-4 years relevant work experience in an information security related role, preferably in the Banking industry.

  • Foundation in and in-depth technical knowledge of computer, application and network security, authentication, security protocols and applied cryptography.

  • Experience with vendor managed environments.

  • Familiarity with the relevant FINMA circulars. 

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

  • Excellent planning, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent MS Office Skills

  • Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.

  • BS degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Professional certifications such as CISSP, OSCP are a plus.
