success are our 100 Xovisionaries who are based in our HQ in Zollikofen (Berne) and in our satellite offices
in Boston (USA) and Shanghai (China).


For our Airport Customer Success Team, we are looking, immediately or by agreement, for a committed
and motivated personality as:


Head of Customer Success Airports 100%


Our Airports Customer Success Team is responsible for ensuring airports get the desired results with the
Xovis solution. By understanding every customer's needs in detail, the team brings our wealth of knowledge
from across the world to the individual airports, helping to deliver best practices in people flow.


Your duties are:



  • Responsible for defining the future Customer Success strategy and focus areas

  • Driving the Customer Success initiatives, ensuring our customers get the maximum value out of our
    solution

  • Unlock deep selling opportunities with existing customers and meet the associated revenue targets

  • Manage your own group of accounts

  • Guiding a team of around 5 Xovisionaries

  • Align Customer Success with our satellite offices, ensuring a consistent global approach


Your background is:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, information systems, airline/airport management or
    another related field

  • 6-10 years international work experience, preferably in a technology-related field and/or in a
    commercial function; prior aviation experience is a plus

  • Proven track record in leading teams and meeting sales targets

  • Good command of English (C1) is a must, every additional language (especially German) is a plus

  • Outgoing personality, who is used to work independently in a fast-growth and fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time - sometimes at short notice
