Description 


The barometer 2019 of the main concerns of young Swiss citizens is clear: You, the representatives of generation Y and Z, want to be better informed about what your future income will be thanks to the 3 pillars of the Swiss pension system.


Digitalization combined with Artificial Intelligence, Customer Analytics, Process Analytics and Machine learning allows for greater transparency, better communication and a modern and disruptive approach to managing future events in your life as a Swiss citizen.


Multiple Challenging Steps:



  • The first step will be to see how to integrate our AI initiative in the Solution based on the final vision of the product.

  • The second step will be to define the necessary learning process in order to provide an efficient profiling base required to support predictive analysis and recommendation.

  • The third step will be the definition of our recommendation engine based on our profiling (based data). This recommendation engine will be use machine learning as well in order to support more complex use case over the time.


This represent the next major step for our solution moving from classic Software to an Artificial Intelligence Driven Software.


Our Final Customer will use our software to operate their work as they were used to do it, but they will be supported and advised by our software to optimize their efficiency.


Philosophy: contribute to improve the visibility and understanding of Pension and Social Insurance for young Y, Z generation.


Keywords: find the right balance between the usage of «democratized AI» (know your tools) and Data Scientists (know your data), deep learning, advanced case management, modern support in decision making.


In this role


Objectives  


The goal of the internship is to participate to the definition of futures AI principles and functionalities our Product will offer.


This will be done by adding artificial intelligence dimension to one of our Software aimed to offer a significant support in the decision making of pension and social insurance experts.

  • Willing to understand business needs and context

  • IT – engineering Skills mainly to understand Architecture and Solution

  • Development Skill; Machine learning; Artificial Intelligence; Case Management

  • Software engineering: Java, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence libraries, Case Management tools
