Project Manager Digitalization

You are in charge of the overall project organization and planning of BUCHI digitalization projects. Being part of a multidisciplinary project team, planning and management of activities between IT, product development, software platform and marketing/communication is in your responsibility.


Further tasks are:



  • Technical coordination and support of sub projects, with involvement of various departments and worldwide market organizations

  • Integration of different tools and interfaces in close cooperation with IT

  • Support evaluation of new tools and systems

  • Evaluation and creation of new related business models

  • Management of overall technical project risks

  • Technical support during rollout of digital tools

  • Contribute to sharpen and extend the BUCHI digitalization Vision


Your ideal profile is:



  • Independent personality with experience in collaborating in interdisciplinary project teams

  • Strong skills to work in a matrix, convincing rather than enforcing

  • Excellent communication and high social skills, confident

  • Project management experience with large projects

  • Solid IT and software development background and knowledge

  • Experience with cloud-based applications

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a strong sense for technical-economic solutions

  • Fully fluent in English
