Overall job purpose is to supervise the execution of base and line maintenance projects to achieve budget, safety, quality and on-time delivery targets.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians and Engineers




• Manage and prioritize workload, capacity and work distribution in an independent and efficient manner




• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project execution



• Manage the project content including AWRs, from initial receipt to aircraft departure and project completion, from both technical and financial aspects; ensure his project respects the budget and schedule


• Ensure that all incoming defects are quantified, controlled and achievable within the current budget and downtime


• Identify and propose to the Manager training needs to ensure sufficient qualified staff



• Ensure efficient internal and external communication

Minimum Qualification/Experience:

• Minimum two years’ experience as Leader or at a leadership role within an aviation environment, leading a technical team up to 10 employees




• Technical degree (BTS / Associate Degree / 1-2 years education in a professional / technical area)




• Holder of a B1 and/or B2 license, with relevant Type Rating(s)




• Advanced knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance documentations




• Demonstrated project management knowledge and experience




• Understanding of budgets and KPIs




• PC literate with MS packages




• Experience in using SAP ERP or equivalent




• Very good English skills
