Overall job purpose is to supervise the execution of base and line maintenance projects to achieve budget, safety, quality and on-time delivery targets.

Main responsibilities:Supervise a team of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians and Engineers
Manage and prioritize workload, capacity and work distribution in an independent and efficient manner
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project execution
Ensure efficient internal and external communication
Minimum two years’ experience as Leader or at a leadership role within an aviation environment, leading a technical team up to 10 employees
Technical degree (BTS / Associate Degree / 1-2 years education in a professional / technical area)
Holder of a B1 and/or B2 license, with relevant Type Rating(s)
Advanced knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance documentations
Demonstrated project management knowledge and experience
Understanding of budgets and KPIs
PC literate with MS packages
Experience in using SAP ERP or equivalent
Very good English skills
