To ensure products availability in the distribution network (qualitatively and quantitatively), you will



  • Be in charge of stock management coordination with Sales & Demand teams
    (Watches and Jewellery).

  • Be the key Operations contact for markets and work closely with both HQ departments and local team

  • Lead distribution project with Piaget & Richemont teams (in order to optimize routes to market)


 


 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


 


Stock Policy management



  • Work closely with the Sales & Demand Planning Teams to size & implement the target stocks.

  • Monitor and optimize stocks levels within markets to ensure client centric assortments as well as alignment with HQ guidelines (life cycles, Maison visibility).

  • Manage phase in/phase out of products with other planners (upstream/downstream), and markets.

  • In collaboration with Sales Administration team, guarantee that execution of distribution is aligned with planning


 


 


New products launch management



  • In collaboration with Supply Planners, Demand Planners, Sales team& Market, manage the novelty allocation plans.


 


Reporting



  • Manage dashboards and performance indicators at Point Of Sales level

  • Lead monthly committee with Market & HQ teams.


 


 


Project


In a context of supply chain transformation and business evolution,



  • Participate actively in the implementation of the new Supply Chain organization.

  • Support the markets in their supply chain progress plans

  • Lead distribution continuous improvement projects


 


 


 


JOB PROFILE


 



  • Master degree : Engenering or Business School  with supply chain option

  • High level mastery of supply chain processes and supply chain capabilities


 



  • 5 years expertise in supply chain, focused on luxury goods, FMCG

  • International exposure

  • Solid basis in Project Management


 



  • Drive, leadership, analytic and precise

  • Building relationships in complex environment

  • Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills


 



  • SAP APO, ERP, BI

  • Fluent in French/English
