Reporting directly to the FinEx leads, the Financial Reporting Analyst/Expert will support driving the successful delivery of the focus area.

This role can be based in any of the following location: Rotkreuz, Switzerland - Basel, Switzerland, Mannheim - Germany, Indianapolis - USA, Singapore.

Reporting main tasks and duties:

• Financial Analyst that gathers and understands stakeholder requirements and is able synthesize them into meaningful output for business and turns it into end-user reports via Tableau


• Ability to identify and link complex/multiple datasets into KPIs and other outputs/measures to facilitate standardization and drive efficiency


• Excellent capabilities to understand, communicate and optimize complex Business Processes.


• Actively and independently drive cross-functional projects, teams and solutions to deliver efficiency and standardization to the organization


• Ensuring that technological advances are integrated within Dia Finance organizations


• Create visualizations to aid in understanding data


• Ensuring fast support of urgent needs


• Enabling Dia Finance and FinEx to focus on their key activities while identifying opportunities to provide the best experience to them


• Scaling expertise for future efforts and constantly streamlining and/or upgrading processes

Requirements:                                            

• University degree in Finance/business administration or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred.


• 2-5 years of hands-on financial analysis experience (reporting, controlling, or accounting). Project Management experience preferred.


• Experience with SAP HANA ERP, and Tableau is required.


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Ability to collaborate with and support senior leaders.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a clear, concise manner that fosters understanding and action by senior members of the business.
