The role:

• You reconcile forecasted and actual commissions on a daily basis and authorise the sign-off of bookings


• You review discrepancies between forecasted and actual commissions


• You adjust the forecasted commission in case of discrepancies and/or communicate to the insurance companies if the actual commission needs to be corrected


• You provide feedback to cross-departmental teams about the deviations that occur during the reconciliation


• You will work closely with our departments to improve the clearing process within projects and your day-to-day business to optimise the clearing process

What you bring:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or a bachelor’s degree


• You have several years of professional experience in the insurance sector


• Experience in accounting would be an advantage


• You work in a structured, independent and detail-oriented manner


• Very good analytical skills, a strong affinity for numbers and a high level of quality awareness characterise your daily work


• Safe handling of MS Office and its common applications is a must; ideally, you should already have acquired Salesforce knowledge


• Fluent German and English - both verbally and in writing
