As 1plusX grows more significant, there is a need to improve our infrastructure and security continuously.

In this role, you...

• Setup and build processes that are easy to use for development and production yet secure


• Setup and maintain infrastructure in our AWS environment using Terraform


• Tune our datastores like Couchbase, ElasticSearch and Kafka


• Create and maintain monitoring and alerting for our production systems


• Optimize our continuous integration environment, manage our dependencies and facilitate testing of our code


• Improve our deployment processes based on Docker, ECS and Kubernetes


• Continuously work with the software development teams and guide the design phases


• Act as one of the Subject Matter Expert for DevOps within the engineering organization


• Take part in planning and support the daily operations of the team

About you

• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent


• You have at least three years of experience in this field


• You have a solid background in system security


• You can write code and scripts


• You tend not to do things manually more than twice, and you would rather automate


• You love solving problems and digging deeper


• You are self-directed and hands-on


• Able to communicate well in English
