Test Manager to come on board and support our operation in Zürich.

Responsibilities



  • Test / Test Manage all releases and requirements

  • Working closely and collaboratively with the project team and key stakeholders

  • Ensuring all test documentation / deliverables are produced, maintained and signed off

  • Promoting a high standard of Quality Assurance across all stages of the SDLC

  • Risk Management and Control

  • Test Status and Progress Reporting

  • Review of release scope / requirements

  • Test Effort Estimations

  • Review of requirements

  • Raising requirement queries and facilitating requirement clarification meetings with BA

  • Test Case creation and Prioritization

  • Producing and obtain Sign-Off of Test Plans / Test Approach documentation (JIRA QAP)

  • Organizer and facilitate Test Readiness meetings with key stakeholders (test entry criteria)

  • Test Monitoring and Control (Test Progress vs. Release Milestones – Raising / managing risks)

  • Test Case Execution / Defect Management (inc. Regression cycles)

  • Monitor quality of defects and allocate to the relevant team / workstreams for fixing and resolution

  • Prioritization of Test Cases execution if / when required (Risk Based Approach)

  • Facilitate Progress / Defect Triage calls with key stakeholders

  • Manage Test Progress Reports for Test Cases and Defects (QACube)


Requirements



  • Knowledge of SQL for DB querying

  • Knowledge of JIRA / Agile Methodology

  • Proficient with QC ALM

  • Understanding of Test Automation (Selenium is preferred)

  • Knowledge of MFT file transfer

  • Knowledge of Log gathering (for Offshore Development Team for defect investigation)

  • A team player

  • A great communicator and transparent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work as part of a global team

  • Someone who has a "can do" attitude
