Requirements
Core banking / Finance background
Banking / Operations Process understanding
Interest settlement / calculation is a plus
SAP basic know how is a plus (business configuration)
Able to collect, understand and validate requirements
Experience with agile methodology and supporting tools used in software development (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Experience in collecting user requirements, conducting analysis of requirements to determine actions required to meet success criteria, and with user requirement acceptance/testing
Able to challenge and propose alternative solutions
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
English is mandatory and German is a plus
