Duties
Contribute to the development of the information system strategic plan advising on the selection of new solutions needed for the business Design
Build and maintain standards and information system architecture principles.
Analyse the impact of new solutions on the information systems, proposes changes.
Provide the required documentation and updates the service catalogue.
Develop recommendations to securely integrate new solutions and ensure warranty service.
Development and Implementation
Participate in the selection and evaluation of global IT projects and participates and follows up the evaluation of the impact of changes for any new IT projects or technologies.
Continuous improvement & Knowledge management
Promote the guidelines related to the information system architecture.
Facilitate the knowledge transfer, the various experiences and the good IT practices among teams.
Communicate and share the architectural principles, standards and information system innovation.
Architecture design & strategy, Innovation
Manage a formal approach to implement the information system architecture.
Identify required changes and relevant components: hardware, software or technology platform.
Anticipate long-term needs of the business and influences organizational processes improvement.
Monitor technological trends and latest technological innovations to understand evolving technologies.
Perform watch market and promote innovative solutions for new concepts, ideas, products or services.
Information security strategy
Ensure the information integrity and security against external or internal threats.
Use standards to define information integrity and availability objectives and data privacy.
Adhere to staff regulation and the Code of Conduit
Requirements
Education Required Preferred
Master’s degree in computer sciences discipline or related fields.
Certified TOGAF or other related to EA capabilities (preferred nor mandatory)
ITIL certification or equivalent experience and proven track record of ITIL procedures use in enterprise environment
Project management capability (PMP certification preferred) (preferred nor mandatory)
Audit skills and certification is a plus with proven record track (preferred nor mandatory)
Experience Required Preferred
5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, Dynamics 365 and IT security
Capability of working with sensitivity in a multi-cultural environment and virtual or/and dispersed teams
Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge and Skills Required Preferred
Systems modelling, integration and optimization; infrastructure study, deployment and operation (preferred nor mandatory)
Able to undertake strategic thinking and translate this into practice Languages Required Preferred
Fluently spoken and written English.
