For our client, an international company in Information Technologies with its location in Zurich, we are looking ASAP for a young and dynamic person that will report directly to the Head of Procurement Operation.
Your responsibilities
In this interesting position, you will take care of the administrative support to the Supply Chain Management function and all the related tasks. You will be responsible for:
Issuing RFQs, Purchase Orders, Offers and Invoices
Managing the SAP administration for the SCM, managing required processes and invoices
Supporting supplier onboarding process: contact and follow up with the suppliers, solving issues, ensure accuracy of the information
Ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures
Your Profile
You have a qualification in Commercial Business School with at around 2 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in a procurement department. You also offer:
Excellent SAP knowledge (Modul MM)
Knowledge of online procurement solutions
Highly effective time management, planning and organization skills
Strong customer focus thanks to your multicultural experience and the ability to relate with people of different nationalities at all levels
Excellent English knowledge; German, French or other languages are an advantage
