Define, implement and manage the Performance Management Process @Sunrise (performance review, target setting) and ensure a high quality of service
Proactively provide support to HR Management and Line Manager to guarantee readiness for the process
Prepare the communication material for the HR Management and Line Managers
Work in liaison with key stakeholders e.g. budget, strategy and HR Business Partners to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people’s day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting, mid or quarterly year reviews and end of year evaluations to support individual, team and organizational performance
Manage and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management and performance improvement programs are developed
Develop and communicate the strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems and tools of the performance management unit
Provide leadership and coordination for Performance Management and improvement initiatives, ensuring their alignment to improving the Sunrise operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness; and ultimately evaluating the impact that these initiatives have on organizational performance
In liaison with the Compensation and Benefit responsible, contribute to the design, implementation and management of effective Recognition Programs to reward staff contributions
Implement a new process and performance tool for Sunrise
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or equivalent in HR Management, Organisational Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related discipline
A minimum of 5 years experience in a related area in the private sector
Experience with employee motivation (monetary / non-monetary or extrinsic/intrinsic) measures and their implementation
Experience with bonus payout mechanisms and their implementation based on performance or alternative approaches
Highly effective communicator who is equally team and service oriented
Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in German and English
