Leading banks and wealth managers in all major financial centres rely on our software and services, and this unique community grows every day.Your teamThe General Ledger and Accounting Standards (GLAS) team is responsible for the Avaloq Core products concerning the General Ledger of a bank's business units. The central part called balance engine produces the balance sheet and P&L statement for each business unit. The functionality and methods need to be compliant with several accounting standards such as IFRS, HGB (Germany), RRV-EBK (Switzerland), etc. GLAS is a newly formed team. The team will mainly take care of maintaining existing software components as well as develop and implement new functionality.
Your mission
Responsible for the General Ledger and Accounting Standards components
Manage and prioritise the team's backlog
Interact with various stakeholders
Analyse customer requirements and issues
Act as the contact person concerning functional questions
What you need
Professional experience as Product Owner
Practical and hands-on team player
Solid knowledge of General Ledger and Accounting Standards
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on all levels
Open minded, team oriented and communicative
Strong written and spoken English language skills
