Headquartered in Thun, Switzerland, TOFWERK aims to bring the advantages of our time-of-flight technology to new markets and applications.

With team members in Switzerland, Germany, China and the United States, we offer custom instrumentation for research laboratories and OEM partners as well as high-performance end-user instruments.

Due to outstanding growth we aim to enlarge the executive board, consisting of the two company founders, with an experienced Chief Operating Officer in charge of the Operations: Industrialization, Supply Chain, Production and Service.

What you need:

• Demonstrated successful experience in an executive management position in industry 


• Strong experience, interest and flair for organizational workflows


• Excellent leadership skills, good communicator, team player


• Background in a high-tech instrumentation market, preferably in mass spectrometry, R&D, industrialization or production


• Academic Science degree, preferably Physicist or Chemist


• Language: English, preferably also German
