Tasks

• Help design, document and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes


• Investigate client issues communicating key insights and findings to product team


• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve design, documentation and maintenance of manufacturing processes


• Organize and teach best practice product workshops at customer sites


• Manage, monitor and implement client work packages according to deployment needs


• Participate in the design of client information systems


• Liaise with clients and Werum IT personnel for problem resolution


• Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of client systems

 

Qualifications

• A degree in IT / Computer Science or Life Science field


• Experience in the life sciences industry


• Experience in eliciting requirements and testing


• Strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients and larger groups


• Ability to collaborate in teams and work in different roles


• Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and in software solutions


• Willingness to travel internationally (50 to 70%)
