</div>We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Programmatic to become the representative for our programmatic business in Zurich, for the iProspect brand.



In this key position, the vision is to constantly grow the programmatic business, offerings and capabilities of the clients and iProspect, by using your analytical skills and mindset.



As part of the digital leadership team of Dentsu Aegis Network, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility over the platform strategy, execution, performance and reporting of the media campaign across all programmatic buying platforms, as well as managing / developing direct reports.

Your Profile



  • Industry leading knowledge of ad serving platforms and Real Time Bidding providers

  • Established thought-leadership in the programmatic display and video industry

  • A proven track record on building and maintaining tier 1 client relationships including working with c-suite individuals

  • Delivering results across large scale performance campaigns and collaborating with various departments internally

  • Previous experience in managing and growing teams: Overseeing the recruitment of new team members, playing an active role in talent retention and building personal development plans for team members

  • Experience in working directly with programmatic providers including (ideally, but not required) DoubleClick, YouTube, and Amazon

  • Confidence in own ability to assist in planning and delivering pitches to prestigious clients

  • Regular contribution to the media community i.e. blogs, case studies, conferences

  • Fluency in English is a must, other language skills are also desirable (German, French)



Responsibilities



  • Develop and author overall team strategy and approach to Display/Programmatic

  • Work collaboratively with client services team to manage client relationship as related to strategy, team and performance

  • Monitor investment of digital spend and ensure revenue/margin goals are met

  • Participates in media partnerships negotiations, delivers input and tracks performance

  • Audit, review and analyze running activities to meet campaign objectives

  • Understand clients’ brands, structure and industry as well as project goals

  • Identify appropriate opportunities to upsell existing clients based on needs

  • Create career development programs and sets goals for team member
