Job description

As a complement to our successful team based in Lonay and Geneva and operating throughout Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated personality 

Your tasks:

• Business Partner for the Management


• Project reviews (correct data and plan margin), ensure governance of the POC method


• Performance analysis


• Identifying potential for performance improvement


• Addressing ad-hoc requests on financial matters


• Advising the business unit in financial aspects


• Representing of Finance in business projects


• Supporting business & central functions in planning (forecasting & planning)


• Responsibility for all financial matters of the Region


• Responsibility to ensure deadlines given by Group Controlling

Profile

Your skills:

• Business Administration with Focus Controlling Accounting Education: Finance/Controlling (Uni/FH) or similar


• Professional experience of 7 years, there of at least 5 of relevant experience


• Controlling expertise: P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow. Good Accounting understanding.


• Experience: at least 3 years in a comparable position and in the controlling of important projects in the ICT or/and in an electrical installation company


• French as mother tongue, fluent in English, German is beneficial


• IT affinity and expert knowledge in Excel


• Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships with the internal customers


• Target oriented


• Proactively addressing challenges


• Efficient self-organization


• Swiss or EU Citizen beneficial
