You will be part of the Business Analytics & Reporting (BP&A) team, which is part of the Global ERP Team within Roche’s Global Infrastructure and Solutions (GIS) organization, with a multicultural, dynamic team providing analytics solutions to the Roche community worldwide. The team provides global end-to-end Analytic and Reporting solutions and designs the next generation solutions integrated with a global and harmony ERP solution (ASPIRE). Your primary role is however to be responsible and assist the Analytics and Reporting Lead within ASPIRE program in the definition, the assessment, the communication and the implementation of the Analytics & Reporting strategy of the next generation solutions.
Support the definition and update of the project strategy document according to the program scheduling in the area of Planning, Reporting, Business Insights, Advanced Analytics, Self-Service, Machine Learning and Reporting Automation
Contribute to the strategy in which Analytics and Reporting is associated such as security management, user experience, transition management
Support hand-on the Proof of Concepts (PoC) that contribute to the the definition of the strategy on behalf of the Project Management
Support the validation of the strategy with the Project Managers, his stream leads and business counterparts & the Architecture community especially support ARB meeting, the dialog with the different domain architects (Solution architects, ERP architect and Enterprise architects)
Manage end-to-end consistency between components’ architecture
Update the validated strategies in all relevant Architecture repository (ARB Folders, GREAT, CityMap, Collibra Technology Assets etc.)
Follow-up the implementation of ASPIRE & manage the tactical solution that will be implemented in the ASPIRE template and document them according to architecture principle
Contribute in Component architecture delivery (vendor audit, system risk assessment, data classification report, Solution architect document
University Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience in computer science, software engineering or similar field, preferably with exposure to pharma industry regulations ( GxP) and corporation regulations (GDPR, SoX embedded in ICFR)
15+ years experience in design and implementation of analytics systems, including financial and production planning
Extensive knowledge of SAP on legacy solutions and newer solutions for ERP ( ECC, S4HANA), Analytics and reporting (BW, BW-IP, BO, Lumira, SAP Analytics Cloud, Analytics Hub, Data Warehouse in the Cloud), Advanced Analytics Tools ( SAP Leonardo, SAP Cloud Platform, Data Intelligence) and User Experience Platform (Enterprise Portal, Fiori LaunchPad, Cloud Portal)
Alternatively, some knowledge of alternative solutions for Analytic and Reporting (IBM Planning Analytics, Tableau, Qlikview ) and Advanced Analytics ( AWS, GCP)
Significant exposure to Architecture methodology as TOGAF
Profound skills in defining hybrid infrastructure environments and a proven track record of cloud service integration projects round up your profile
Able to manage ambiguity while coping with challenging customers and project goals
Strong communication skills paired with solid experience in project delivery
Strong analytical, consulting, negotiation and influencing skills and ability to communicate to technical & business audience, and advanced English skills
