Deine Aufgaben

• analyze figures and take commercial action on findings to deliver an optimum assortment plan in each store and challenge current working practices suggesting ideas on how the department should operate to deliver the Profit Plan in line with the Planning and Trading Calendar


• develop replenishment strategies that maximize sales and profitability objectives for the company and develop well rounded plans to protect critical trading issues such as Christmas and sale periods


• review historical performance and determine future store strategy, and solutions across all stores


• use retail and financial performance metrics (same store sales, best seller items, department level comps) in order to set strategies for achieving inventory goals

Dein Profil

• academic degree from an International Business School, High Commercial School or equivalent


• experience ideally within a young fashion brand or another retailer is an asset


• fashion oriented with a good understanding of trends and client needs


• strong analytical and problem solving skills


• Fluent in German and English, French would be an asset
