Communications and Partner engagement
Supports establishment of an effective network and exchange of information with partners
Coordinates with prospective partners, identifies relevant contact persons and areas of potential collaboration
Serves as a communication point of contact for the SCPC, following up on all professional correspondence, responding to requests, and referring queries as appropriate
Contributes to delivering effective external communications prior to and after RBM events
Maintains and regularly updates the RBM website and social media channels, and assisting Partner Committees and Working Groups in managing their respective sections
SCPC Support
Prepares briefing materials for appointments, conference calls, meetings and missions, coordinates such requests, takes minutes and ensures relevant follow-up actions
Effectively manages queries received via the general RBM email address and provides follow-up with relevant colleagues as required
Manages SCPC Manager’s missions and representation schedule, and represents RBM at relevant meetings as delegated by the SCPC Manager
Organises SCPC conference calls and writes and disseminates meeting minutes
Participates in RBM events, workshops and other events for the SCPC, including corresponding with participants and facilitating participant travel if required. Provides on-site support during workshops and events, including taking minutes
Assists with other related tasks for the RBM Secretariat and SCPC as required
Analysis and Documentation
Coordinates background research for SCPC activities and workshops, and drafts concept notes, reports and other publications
Contributes to the documentation of knowledge by proposing examples of best practices and success stories, as well as replicable strategies and approaches, and actively sharing this knowledge, including through the RBM Partner portal
Drafts the SCPC newsletter and the RBM Secretariat newsletter
Develops and updates SCPC-related materials on the RBM website
Maintains the RBM calendar of events in coordination with RBM Secretariat Team and the other Partner Committees
Maintains and updates the SCPC contacts database and distribution lists, and the broader RBM Secretariat contacts database and distribution list
Develops and implements sustainable business strategies, thinks long term and externally in order to positively shape the organization.
