Head of Growth (f/m/d)
You will improve and drive the whole growth journey throughout the steps of awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and referral together with the expanding growth and product team.
Your role
Finding and implementing creative, unconventional and cost-efficient growth channels to build our user base and improve our turnovers
Creating and executing on marketing strategies which will include content and other channel components
Set up continuous testing, segment analysis and ensure the coordination with product and tech teams to iterate at high pace
Continuously improve the analytics and performance set for fact based decisions
Communicate and present ideas and improvements across the company including close collaboration with the management team
Further shape, educate and lead the growth team according to our values and principles
Requirements
Ambition and motivation to create growth every day
At least two years in a similar role within E-Commerce/Mobile
Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
Extensive SEO, PPC, CRO and PR experience
Being performance and results-oriented
At least two years of leadership experience
Startup mindset with all it's pros and cons
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel
