About the Role


In your role as Portfolio Manager you


 



  • are responsible for the management of the portfolio of Group Operations' initiatives and projects with the goal to align projects to the digital roadmap of Group Operations and drive greater value from project investments

  • evaluate and prioritise proposed projects based on strategic alignment, cost, risk and impact on resources and provide an educated recommendation for project approval

  • establish a collaborative partnership with CEDD business partners and portfolio stakeholders to enable project pipeline and resource demand planning

  • provide up-to-date information on resource usage and drive resource allocation in line with Group Operations' digital roadmap and internal initiatives

  • conduct quarterly status reviews of ongoing projects and identify opportunities to reallocate budget and resources, to deprioritise or stop projects

  • further develop portfolio management capabilities (processes, tools)

  • help creating a portfolio-minded culture by building relationships across Group Operations divisions and expanding the understanding and utilisation of portfolio management


 


 


About the Team


Customer Experience and Digital Delivery (CEDD) is mandated to shape and improve customer experience and drive the digital transformation within Group Operations, beyond traditional silos and across divisions, services and individual customer touchpoints. In addition, the unit delivers managed customer care services on behalf of Group Operations divisions through multiple channels and acts as a single point of contact for customers through the ContactOne portal and a central service desk for all Group Operations services.


 


CEDD Steering & Business Management is a team of specialists owning and running the Group Operations Solution Landscape Steering process and the CEDD Portfolio Management process. It orchestrates the analysis of digital opportunities and the development of the digital roadmap for Group Operations and facilitates the translation of this roadmap into a project and initiatives portfolio. Another responsibility of the team is the facilitation of financial planning and budget management within CEDD.


 


 


About you



  • University degree, ideally in business administration (or comparable education/degree)

  • 3+ years' programme/portfolio management experience overseeing a large portfolio with many concurrent projects

  • 3+ years' experience in managing projects through agile and traditional project management methodologies

  • You have an outstanding customer focus, are highly result oriented and stress-resistant and you can navigate ambiguity

  • Critical thinker who can be creative and detail-oriented as the situation requires

  • Team player with excellent communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills

  • Virtual team experience

  • Excellent command of English, any other language is a plus
