Support the analysis of patient/HCP, market, competitors and internal capabilities to generate insights and develop a priority needs map for the country. (Performance dashboard)
Help with the execution of tactical marketing plans to deliver a multi-channel campaign plan. Support the adaptation of materials and tactics to local market, regulatory, compliance and legal requirements and languages. (driving efficiency in levering materials from the EU+ region)
Support the development of metrics to track execution of marketing programs and KPIs that measure the impact of the programs
Support local commercial HCP events and meetings organized by sales force
Qualifications
Reliability, discipline and ready to take the initiative
Analytical thinker and structured work method
Team player with goodwill to learn and be coached by managers
Agility to absorb diverse tasks
Readiness to be hands-on
Clear and efficient communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback
Scientific, medical, paramedical and/or business management background.
Master’s degree or PhD.
Good IT skills
Written and spoken proficiency in English and German. French an advantage.
