Job Description


Responsibilities:



  • Support the analysis of patient/HCP, market, competitors and internal capabilities to generate insights and develop a priority needs map for the country. (Performance dashboard)

  • Help with the execution of tactical marketing plans to deliver a multi-channel campaign plan. Support the adaptation of materials and tactics to local market, regulatory, compliance and legal requirements and languages. (driving efficiency in levering materials from the EU+ region)

  • Support the development of metrics to track execution of marketing programs and KPIs that measure the impact of the programs

  • Support local commercial HCP events and meetings organized by sales force


Qualifications



  • Reliability, discipline and ready to take the initiative

  • Analytical thinker and structured work method

  • Team player with goodwill to learn and be coached by managers

  • Agility to absorb diverse tasks

  • Readiness to be hands-on

  • Clear and efficient communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback

  • Scientific, medical, paramedical and/or business management background.

  • Master’s degree or PhD.

  • Good IT skills

  • Written and spoken proficiency in English and German. French an advantage.
