Product Manager Digital Treatment EMEA (m/f/d)


As Digital TX Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned cross-channel (General Dentists and & Ortho specialists) projects and activities related to our digital treatment experience products and innovations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Development of insights and analytics to support cross-channel commercial plans, around the digital treatment experience.

  • Execution of pilots and limited market releases to validate market hypotheses.

  • Collaborate with the EMEA and local commercial teams on the go-to-market execution of innovations

  • Drive communication as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop and execute the marketing plan.

  • Interact and maintain relationships with KOLs, key customers and speakers to support the execution of the marketing plan.

  • Assess/validate impact of new product concepts– including investment needed and expected volume impact

  • Assess post-market performance through product analytics and user feedback; make recommendations for enhancements

  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends and monitor competitor’s activities to propose measures

  • Influence and support the clinical education team in developing educational tools and programs

  • Perform market analyses to support ROI expectations

  • Train and educate stakeholders on required aspects of the product and product strategy including development of training collateral.


REQUIRED SKILLS 



  • Analytical, strategic and business acumen

  • Highly organized with proficiency in project management

  • Strong oral and written communication skills (presentations and correspondence, influencing skills)

  • Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed

  • Solid problem solving ability and ability to manage details

  • Appropriate sense of urgency

  • Budget management experience

  • Team player

  • Customer focused

  • Highly effective communicator

  • Expert in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer organizational skills

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of any additional European languages is an asset


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field.

  • Min. 3-5 years of proven work experience in Product Management at regional or local level.

  • Industry background in the medical device field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand.
