HR Business Partner / HR Generalist 60 - 80%




Your responsibilities:

As part of the Swiss HR team, you will support employees at the Schaffhausen site in all operational HR life cycle tasks. You will work both strategically and operationally, supporting and coaching line managers on topics such as leadership, personnel issues, organizational development, change management processes, etc. You will act as a sparring partner in the annual HR processes (performance management, talent management & succession planning, salary review, etc.) You are in charge of the recruiting efforts for the site in Schaffhausen and the main responsible for the administrative HR processes (entry, exit, contracts, references, etc.). Cooperation in company-wide HR projects round off your field of activity.

You will interface routinely with HR Staff in Switzerland as well as the Imbruvica Offices in Sunnyvale, California.  


Your profile:You have a basic commercial education and a specific HR education or a university degree with further education in HR, as well as several years of relevant professional experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.You feel at home in an international environment and have a sound knowledge of the Swiss labour market and Swiss law. You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working, you are proactive, IT-affine and experienced in the use of classic IT tools. Your business fluent skills in English (German nice to have) complete your profile.
