Product Release Coordinator (m/f)
 

We develop and market hearing healthcare devices such as hearing aids, wireless accessories, apps and fitting software which we release to our international markets. Our medical devices must fulfill regulatory requirements with respect to safety and documentation. To ensure regulatory compliance and timely availability we have created a new role as Product Release Coordinator in our international Product Integration and Release team.

 

Your main tasks will consist of coordinating the creation, translation, approval and production of mandatory regulatory material like hearing aid user instructions, product information sheets and instructions for hearing care professionals including product packaging. You will work closely together with our technical writers and product specialists in Bern and our centralized quality and regulatory groups in Denmark and Poland.

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the creation of technical product information, product literature and additional mandatory material used in our worldwide distribution channels


• Manage the interdependencies between the different system components: hearing aids and apps for consumers and fitting software for professionals


• Create the interface between product definition in Bern and our regulatory group


• Participate in regulatory material projects, steering groups and alignment meetings


• Assume responsibility as product literature specialist for mandatory materials


• Cooperate closely with our in-house marketing support and translation team worldwide


• Support our product release managers creating project documentation and time plans
   

Education and Experience required:

• Commercial or technical education completed with degree or diploma


• Attracted by medical devices technology


• Experience with regulatory requirements for medical devices (MDD, EU-MDR, ISO13485) or strong interest to accumulate your knowledge in this area


• Independent, open minded and eager to achieve


• Excellent networking skills required in our multinational team


• Fluent in spoken and written English, German desired
