This role supports the design and independently working on the delivery of the ERC reporting and analytics suite solution(s), covering descriptive reporting, predictive and prescriptive analytics.
You will be responsible but not limited to:
• Brings innovation to deliver on embedding analytical and visualization tools in collaboration with UX and wider team
• Performs user journey research for reporting and analytics suite through business needs identification and delivers on relevant documentation
• Delivers on the overall reporting and analytics suite scope execution by shaping and documenting relevant hypothesis and KPIs
• Supports pre-implementation validation in collaboration with IT and business
• Contributes and actions on the opportunities for simplification and unification across the full reporting and analytics suite
• Ensures the delivery following agile methodology for own scope and in close collaboration with the team
Minimum requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 4-Year University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Information Management, Healthcare Information, Computer Science, Statistics, or related
• English
• 4-5 years total business experience
• 1-3 years of progressive analytical business experience preferred Experience with UX, agile and digital is preferred
