Our Bern-based team desperately needs an experienced Digital Project Manager to help us work wonders.

Your tasks

Project leadership

• be the lynchpin in client projects


• link client needs and goals with Enigma’s expertise


• align collaboration among internal and external project suppliers


• budgeting, time management and controlling

 

Customer experience management

• be the stage director at Enigma’s front door


• understand the needs of prospects and clients


• deal with challenging customer situations


• provide state of the art services and unparalleled customerexperience

 

Fields of expertise/interests in strategy

• Brand analysis and benchmarking


• Development of strategies


• Creation of plannings and budget responsibility


• Branding and positioning


• Organising and performing workshops

 

Fields of expertise/interests in implementation

• Design and implement online and offline actions


• Web and Social Media: Websites, Newsletter, Community

 

Management, Online campaigns (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads)

• Content Marketing and Influencer Campaigning


• Classical media: posters, press releases, brochures, flyers


• Event management: Guerilla marketing, events and conferences


• Development of content for Enigma’s own communication channels


• Creation of draft texts for client projects

Your profile

• University degree in marketing or communication or similar


• At least 5 years project experience


• Very good skills and interest in new technologies


• German mother tongue, excellent English skills, in written form and verbal, French as an advantage, because our second location is based in Geneva


• Editorial competences, perfect German and English orthography 


• Very good skills with Google Business apps
