Your role in a nutshell
As the Emerging Technologies Customer Success Manager (CSM), your main role will be to engage customers in the pos-sale process of delivering our newest and most up-to-date lines of products (Sandblast Agent/Mobile and Cloudgard SaaS), while making sure the customers deploy the solutions within a defined timeframe. A successful CSM will posses a combination of great communication skills, sech-savviness (ideally in Endpoint/Mobile/SaaS security environment) and high project management competencies.
