Your role in a nutshell


As the Emerging Technologies Customer Success Manager (CSM), your main role will be to engage customers in the pos-sale process of delivering our newest and most up-to-date lines of products (Sandblast Agent/Mobile and Cloudgard SaaS), while making sure the customers deploy the solutions within a defined timeframe. A successful CSM will posses a combination of great communication skills, sech-savviness (ideally in Endpoint/Mobile/SaaS security environment) and high project management competencies. 


Main responsibilities


 



  • Lead, Accelerate and enable the deployment of the largest deals in the Emerging Technologies product lines of Sandblast and Cloudgard SaaS in EMEA

  • Crisis Management - Responsible for planning and implementing the response to customers who suffer from multiple stability issues.

  • Work closely with support, R&D, Presales and the partners to retain customer stability

  • Focus on adoption Rate and Reporting

  • Tool creation – Work and assist the team on creation of sales tools presentation and success stories (maintain a reference database)


 

Desired Background

  • High technical understanding of different IT security solutions including Endpoint, Mobile and SaaS 

  • Strong communication and leadership skills in a cross-organizational and complex environment

  • Formal Project Management education and/or skills - an advantage

  • An execution mindset

  • Willingness to travel as needed across EMEA

  • Fluent English (speaking and writing)
