International Sales Representative 80 - 100 % (m/f)


Internationally Wetrok is represented outside of Switzerland with own subsidiaries in some countries and 3rd party distributor/partners in others. For the active support and the development of our distributors/partners, we are looking for a young, committed and well-structured person with an open and international mind-set.


Your key responsibilities:



  • Execution of the international sales activities in close collaboration with the head of Partner Business

    • Analysis and monitoring of the different markets and competitors

    • Create weekly/monthly sales reporting and data

    • Handling of the warranty lump sum as well as update the pricelists


  • Execution of the trade marketing activities for the Partner Business Department

    • Organisation of the product launches in cooperation with all relevant contact (marketing, communication, local partners etc.)

    • Organisation of the international trade marketing events

    • Establishing & organisation of the relevant marketing materials in cooperation with the HQ Marketing Communication department as well as the quarterly Partner communication



As part of a further development of the position, it is foreseen that the position holder will take responsibility for the direct sales activities in 2-3 small markets.


Ideal Candidate Profile:



  • Advanced diploma of higher education in business or similar

  • 2-3 years of experience in an executive & administrative role in an international sales department in the cleaning industry or allied areas are a desirable. 

  • Flexible mindset, hands-on and pragmatic implementation skills with attention to detail

  • Able to handle multiple projects at the same time with a strong ability to set priorities and to work under time pressure

  • Entrepreneur and target oriented spirit

  • Strong communication, organizational and planning skills combined with a proactive, independent and reliable working style 

  • Good negotiation skills & ability to solve problems

  • Very good written and verbal skills in German (native language) and English (at least B2 level). French, Italian & Spanish language skills woud be a plus.

  • Proficiency in the following IT applications: PowerPoint, Excel and Word. SAP knowledge would be an advantage

  • Intercultural competence and ability to build strong business relationship with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Willing to travel 10 to 30 % of the working time
