For our ABB-Hitachi Joint Venture (Power Grids business) in Baden we are looking for an agile Project and Content Specialist with an affinity to IT topics.

Your responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, maintain and optimize HR processes and documents (incl. legal review, ensure stakeholder acceptance, check technical feasibility etc.) of the local HR operations


• Focus on driving continuous improvements and ensuring cost efficient processes


• Provide process and content expertise in (global) projects and (annual) processes (Annual Incentive Plan, GDPR, AskHR key user)


• Responsible for reporting and data visualization (People Analytics)


• Perform stakeholder and complaint management (contact and follow-up with stakeholders on all levels) and be interface between business and service providers (internal and external)


• Collaborate with various departments (e.g. Finance, IT)


• Initiate improvement related change requests, review, test and sign them off


• Present in training and information sessions (HR internal, towards business)

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or BA (major in HR Management would be a plus) or equal vocational education


• Knowledge in Swiss labor law and project management would be an advantage


• Experience in working in an international environment


• Good MS-Office know-how


• Agile, organized and independent way of working paired with hands-on attitude and can-do mindset


• Curios, solution-oriented, stress-resistant, able to prioritize and to work under pressure


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and client service orientation


• Fluency in German and English (other languages are an asset)
