Our Customer Success Team is searching for (Junior) Project Manager DACH region at our office in Basel.

What can you expect at jacando:

• You will personally look after your own customers and will simultaneously accompany newly acquired clients throughout the implementation and setup process of our HR Software


• Continued enhancement of our user oriented, self service information and FAQ platform


• You will work closely in the creation and implementation tightly with the people responsible of the product team


• Work closely with the product team in the creation of technical documentation 


• To conduct exciting webinars and trainings for our customers, and you will communicate your knowledge with a smile


• Conduct trainings, internally and externally


• You will have the say, when it comes to the implementation process of bigger clients


• To actively qualify and rate customer requests

What you bring to the team:

• You love technology and transmit your passion and knowledge to the user


• You have experience in project management


• You have a high level technical affinity, combined with the desire to transmit your enthusiasm between the user and technology itself


• You are young, dynamic and your motto is that the customer is king


• You have exceptional German skills, as well as speaking English at a very high level. Any other language you speak makes us happy


• You are communicative, and look forward to working in a highly motivated and engaged team
