MAIN PURPOSE


The Client Data and Knowledge coordinator will participate to the development of the Client Intelligence strategy of the Maison. Our plan is to build & develop Data Intelligence to gain in-depth Client Knowledge so as to better answer Clients' needs and increase our action’s performance.


The Client Data and Knowledge coordinator will work closely with the Client Data Scientist. He/She will be managed by the Client Data & Knowledge manager in International Client Marketing team.


 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


 



  • Team coordination & Budget

    • Prepare our monthly calls with the markets: assess needs, consolidate presentations, distributing the Q&A afterwards

    • Prepare all team meetings with Management and within the team

    • Act as the point of contact for CDK team for the budget: assist to realize the estimated budget, ensure the follow-up and enhance the current tool



 



  • Data analysis support

    • Produce Monthly reports to analyse clients residencies and Focus on Chinese clientele

    • Assist the Junior Client data scientist to translate business needs from Marketing, Clients and Communication into client intelligence projects (planning, follow up, coordination, presentation)

    • Answer ad-hoc requests on client data analysis (traveler from one market buying abroad, client profile, extraction for CS team…)



 



  • Data management support

    • Support data management project managers  in documentation / set up phase

    • Perform planning of rollout phases in different markets regarding any project (Salesforce, SAP, Clienteling)

    • Update training documentation



 


PROFILE


 


-      Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field with a proven 3 years’ experience in data management of analysis with International exposure, in Marketing, Client or Communication Analytical, organizational and synthesis skills


-      Knowledge of "Client" and/or "CRM" strategy and ambition in an international retail environment is a strong asset


-      Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)


-      Strong international project management skills


-      Fluent in English and French


-      An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills


-      Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills


-      Ability to interact with a wide variety of people


-      Fluent in English and French


-      Client & Service Oriented


-      Flexibility and independent working style


-      Expertise in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
