Job description

The Infrastructure Security Team is looking for a new colleague: InfrastructureSecurity Engineer

Mission

Responsible for designing, building and maintaining the security structures at Swatch Group.

 Your responsibilities

• Design, make prove of concepts, implement live systems, manage projects related to security solutions


• Responsible for Security Services, taking on the role of service manager to the Swatch Group companies


• Close collaboration with the Swatch Group companies to deploy security solutions


• Close collaboration with the IT Operations team (maintain & debug 3rd level support)


• Investigate and use new technologies and processes to enhance security capabilities and implement improvements, automate all processes as much as possible


• Pro-actively detect and assess vulnerabilities in the infrastructure (network, software, hardware and cloud), and recommend solutions and best practices


• Provides technical leadership for cross-functional projects, collaborate with specialists from other teams and provide your expertise in security, always think of global solutions, be able to explain in a comprehensive way for non-technical people

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent


• At least 8 years relevant work experience in domain Infrastructure Security


• Feel comfortable in mastering new technologies and come from a variety of business, analytic and technology backgrounds


• Fluent in English is required (spoken and written), as well as excellent knowledge in French and/or German


• A good negotiator with strong oral and written communication skills. You should be patient and willing to teach and explain technical materials to audiences (coming from a non-technical background)


• Strong interpersonal skills, great team-player yet autonomous, self-motivator, being open-minded, able to compromise with others


• Enjoy working in an ambiguous environment, and embraces continuous improvement

Professional requirements
