We Offer

 

  • A team which facilitates the bank-wide Control Practices Oversight Committee, defining and maintaining the NFRM governance minimum standards and supporting their roll-out across divisions

  • You the opportunity to support the NFRM governance of Corporate Functions by covering mandatory approval items, escalations and notifications

  • Bank-wide coordination of the key risk identification processes, in close collaboration with different teams within NFRM globally

  •  A role supporting the maintenance and management of the key Non-Financial Risk scoping, planning, documentation and finalization phases with continuous tracking and reporting of progress

  • Develop and monitor metrics and give guidance to all stakeholders regarding training and documentation material

  • A chance to create a broad and global network

You Offer

 

  • Higher education degree in Economics, Banking and Finance or similar

  • Several years of experience in operational risk, ideally in the financial sector in an international environment

  • Excellent MS Excel, Word and Power Point skills

  • Ability to interact with senior management, build trusted partnerships, deliver sound opinion and to present relevant solutions

  • Objective oriented, ambitious and teammate personality who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in a spirit of true team work

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and business proficiency in English, German would be a plus

  • You are a self-starter with a positive personality, committed to ongoing learning, and you love to share your knowledge with others!
