Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager (w/m/d)

Workplace: either based in Ecublens (VD), with 40% onsite time in Zurich or based in Zurich, with 40% onsite time in Eclublens (VD) Your Tasks
Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives that generate sustainable online sales in close collaboration with category management team and product organization
Identify new sales opportunities and drive organization to implement new initiatives and features towards a digital driven and customer focused approach
Drive marketing automation to optimize customer lifecycle management and improve profitability
Analyze decisive KPIs relating to acquisition and retention activities; manage marketing ROI and customer lifetime value
Improve the customer experience and the marketing impact through an A/B testing approach
Your Profile
Background in E-commerce marketing campaign management - at least 5 years experience
Passion for performance driven marketing campaigning and the creative development and execution of marketing campaign and initiatives
Experience in implementation and usage of CRM-Tools and Marketing Automation Tools
Solid project management skills to handle campaigns and initiatives from A-Z across all marketing disciplines
Fluency in English and German or French
