We Offer

 

 



  • COO support:

  • Monitoring and review of progress under SLAs with ongoing businesses.

  • Review, process and approve local invoices in MyShop

  • Track progress of ongoing litigation and manage related invoices

  • Ensure ARU CFO team is kept informed of projected P&L items.

  • Review and approval of MyIncident cases

  • Access control support

  • CFO support:

  • Running the monthly and quarterly financial close process

  • Providing forecasting and financial planning through active engagement in cases and with stakeholders

  • Overseeing and reviewing of invoices, MyIncidents, payments, ad hoc transactions including hedge activity and where necessary reflecting or instructing activity in the relevant booking system

  • Proactively reporting on issues and events to management that could impact key metrics (notably PTI, expenses and capital) including where appropriate options to mitigate

  • Take proactive steps in managing key metrics and improving processes

  • Actively engage in project work where required

  • Represent CFO locally in stakeholder forum

  • General Support:

  • Assisting management with presentations

  • Reviewing and processes invoices.


You Offer

 

  • Experience working in a finance function with strong accounting skills. Familiarity is also required in running financial data analysis via Essbase. Associated academic background or qualification is preferred

  • Knowledge of overall business structure and support functions at Credit Suisse

  • Knowledge of MyShop, and MyIncidents

  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills. Ability to create VBAs is a plus

  • Ability to work autonomously – entrepreneurial attitude.

  • Good communication skills – ability of update and discuss issues with senior management

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively, whilst delivering to strict deadlines with utmost credibility

  • Solid team player, with a proven ability to work across business lines, functions and geographies

  • Fluent German and English speaker
