We Offer

 

  • You a Senior Management role, acting as an ambassador for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) franchise with focus on Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania and Balkans

  • You have a platform to strengthen your knowledge and experience of Private Banking in a fast-paced environment by offering advice directly to our Relationship Managers on topics such as market strategy, cross border management, regulatory assessments, etc.

  • You monitor regulatory and legal developments in the CEE markets to proactively implement projects to capture opportunities and mitigate risks

  • You have the opportunity to define the private and corporate banking growth strategy for our franchises across all client segments and booking platforms and ensure its implementation

  • You will support business development efforts across the private and corporate segment for UHNWIs and their companies via systematic rich lists reviews

  • You have the chance to participate/lead in key initiatives and special projects related to the markets

  • You are the signing responsible for Cross-Border management at the highest industry standard

  • You are in charge of managing all key partners in the CEE markets within Credit Suisse through multiple communication and event platforms

You Offer

 

  • A completed university degree or equivalent higher education with a minimum of 5 years working experience, preferably with previous experience in/with Central and Eastern European markets

  • You know which strategies and sources to use in order to conduct research on market-relevant changes that may impact our business

  • You have also gained experience in leading projects and initiatives in a large organization

  • You possess excellent communication skills, have the ability partners and are able to build trusted relationships at all management levels

  • You have a dynamic and proactive personality with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a “can do attitude” and a structured, solution oriented approach

  • You are adaptable and capable to work and deliver under pressure

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of one/more Central and Eastern European languages is highly helpful
