We are currently looking for a Business Process Expert Treasury IT in Basel (Switzerland), to join our team on client’s side for a 4-5 months' project (with possible extension). A great opportunity to work in the Pharma industry with exposure to new technologies, in an international environment.

Major Accountabilities

• Act as IT SME for key Treasury applications and processes on global / headquarter level with significant impact on the company’s financial results


• Conceptualize IT solution design and coordinate / perform its implementation, testing, training and deployment in order to enable innovation, automation, digitization, streamlining of end-to-end processes and customer experience


• Testing processes in Cash Management / Payments


• Conduct user requirements analysis, perform conceptual modeling and architecture design to translate business requirements into associated system design requirements


• Support the end-to-end solution design with the Subject Matter Experts and Functional Leads to improve customer engagement, satisfaction and operational efficiency by standardizing, streamlining and automating processes and delivery models for a customer centric experience


• Implement related IT solutions in adherence to applicable IT design standards and quality guidelines on enterprise level


• Coordinate testing preparation and testing execution


• Prepare required training material to support training sessions to business super users and key subject matter experts (business multipliers)


• Provide IT solution training to business super users and key subject matter experts


• Support business users during testing execution and coordinate defects resolution


• Support hyper care activities and coordinate defects resolution


• Support and oversee the knowledge transfer and handover to IT Operations teams


• Continuous improvements / enhancements of Treasury application landscape

Requirements

• Experience with design and implementation of FIS Quantum Treasury Management system and related tools (eBam, Trax, IntelliMatch)


• Experience with financial, especially Treasury business processes


• Solid knowledge in integration with SAP accounting and in-house bank / payment factory


• SWIFT, Bloomberg and 360T hands-on integration experience


• Reporting solutions integration with Treasury Management systems


• Experienced with SOX and related IT controls/audit requirements


• Experience in deploying IT Global solution for multiple countries (desired)


• Proactive, Self-starter attitude
