The role:


As a business analyst, you are part of the dedicated operations team that is responsible for all of our back-office processes. From day 1, you take responsibility for the core processes assigned to you and work together with your team on the further development of these.



  • Design, implementation and further development of our accounting system (Forecast & Actuals) together with our project team

  • Creation of reports and analysis of received and billed commissions for our stakeholders (CEO, finance, operations, sales, data analytics)

  • Quality assurance of the day-to-day business across all operating countries of wefox

  • Identification of errors and development of solutions in cooperation with the “Operations Excellence” team

  • Detailed analysis of account statements and items of the account statements 

  • Contact person for central business units

  • Contact person for insurance companies and strategic partners


What you bring:



  • You have commercial training and / or a degree and already have industry experience, preferably in the insurance sector

  • Proven practical experience in data processing as well as in the areas of controlling, business analysis or accounting

  • Safe handling of MS Office and its common applications is a must; ideally, you should already have acquired Salesforce knowledge

  • You work in a structured, independent and results-oriented manner

  • Very good analytical skills and strong affinity for numbers

  • High quality awareness and proactive approach in your daily work

  • Confident appearance and ability to work in a team in an international environment

  • Fluent German and English - both verbally and in writing
