Skyguide provides air navigation services for Switzerland and certain adjacent parts of neighbouring countries. With its 1500 employees at 14 locations in Switzerland, the company guides some 1,2 million civil and military flights a year safely and efficiently through Europe's most complex airspace. To ensure that we continue to fulfill this task in the future, we are seeking a/an:

Senior Project Portfolio Account Manager

YOUR TASK

• Build effective relationships with business leaders for optimizing portfolio value and strategic fit


• Help your partners to improve portfolio and programme insights


• Provide professional guidance to optimally shape strategic initiatives and portfolio epics


• Support key roles to ensure major initiatives are set-up for success and achieve their expected outcomes


• Review project requests, and interact with responsible functions to make sure initiatives are well managed and directed


• Partner with stakeholders for advocating good practices in the domains of project, programme and portfolio management

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in managing large programmes or projects, delivering significant value


• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role


• Self-motivated, able to work independently and to coordinate multiple stakeholders from different locations and levels of seniority


• Familiar with scaled agile practices would be a plus


• Fluent in German with a good command of English


• Willing to travel regularly between Wangen b.D and Geneva
