What you will do
SpotMe is at a critical moment in its history. This role is an essential part of transforming SpotMe from a service-driven company to a software-driven company, and our strategic effort to enable our customers to do more with our software.
Your role will be to help us empower our customers to learn at their pace how to use SpotMe’s software, and get more out of it. Design is at the heart of everything we do, and you will ensure a consistent visual presence, by working across many tactical elements, including the knowledge base materials, training videos, newsletters, in-product graphics and in-product videos.

Key responsibilities
Conceptualize, design and create training videos and tutorials for SpotMe Knowledge Base (KB), design graphics for the KB and in-product usage.
Provide visual QA feedback to all Product creations, to ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements
A compelling work portfolio that demonstrates high-quality creative direction and design within a variety of campaigns and projects.
Student pursuing a degree in multimedia, visual communication art, video production, 2D or 3D animation or modeling, or a related field.
End-to-end video and graphic production skills in a tool of your choice (we love Sketch, Adobe After Effects, Camtasia).
Possess not just exceptional creative direction skills, but also the ability to implement strategic and conceptual thinking.
Strong information presentation (visual and written) skills.
Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of typography, color, form and ideation.
A breadth of cultural reference points.
Fluent English speaker.
Learning opportunities
