MISSION


As team supervisor for divisional complaints, you will lead all activities related to complaint processing for endodontic products and services according to all relevant regulations and directives (13485 MDSAP, 21CFR part 820, 93/42/CEE, Medical Device Directive (MDD), and Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/746 (MDR).


 


MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES



  • Evaluate any "incident" or (almost-accident) as defined by the European directive, and notify the appropriate authority; inform the divisions in charge of notification to their respective authorities outside Europe about any potentially reportable claims

  • Evaluate whether returns for non-complaint products have already been the subject of a complaint or recall

  • Evaluate and conduct Field Service Actions for marketed medical devices

  • Perform Post Market Surveillance (PMS) for endodontic products; create relevant reports

  • Ensure PMS procedure compliance for all endodontics sites

  • Ensure that any problem raised by our customers is properly investigated; that the necessary information is collected from other departments of the company (Laboratories, Workshops, R&D, After-sales service etc.) and from our suppliers: Guarantee proper closure of these investigations and all related documentation of the results

  • Ensure all relevant client correspondence is properly carried out based on the results of the investigations made

  • Ensure the preparation of analysis and statistical reports periodically and ad-hoc

  • Ensure appropriate communication of complaints analysis within the company, via reports, summaries or presentations

  • Inform about all relevant modifications coming from the Dentsply Sirona Corporation in order to ensure that all documents related to the complaints treatment process are up-to-date, including reminder vigilance and Post Market Surveillance


 


PROFILE



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, engineering, QA, RA, or similar

  • Min. 5 years’ experience in the area of Post Market Surveillance/Complaint Management for medical devices

  • 2-3 years’ leadership experience

  • Solid knowledge of MDSAP, MDD/MDR, ISO 13485

  • Excellent analytical skills and decision-making ability

  • Strong sense of accountability with a proven track record of delivering optimal results under tight deadlines

  • Exceptional communication skills in English (C1/C2) and French (B1 min)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and influential nature
