Job description


For our 8inch wafer fab in Switzerland (0.35-0.18-0.11um capability), we are looking for a


Photolithography Engineer


You will work in shift and be responsible for continuous improvement of lithography processes and production support for all qualified technologies (i-line and DUV platforms). CD, overlay metrology and macro inspection aspects are part of the responsibilities of the photolithography team.


Your tasks will include:



  • Taking ownership of photolithography processes after qualification of new technologies and initiate continuous improvement actions for technologies in production.

  • Define and participate in engineering projects to improve existing technologies in terms of stability (trends, CpK studies) and cost.

  • Close cooperation with the Production organization.

  • Close cooperation with the Maintenance team to help solve machine problems (coater, stepper, scanner, developer).


Profile


You hold an engineering degree in physics or microelectronics. A strong background in photolithography manufacturing processes is required. Experience with Nikon platforms is an asset.


Languages


Good communication skills in French (working language) and English (spoken and written) are required; knowledge of German is an asset.
