Join our International Marketing Surgical team!
The International PHACO Development Program Manager is responsible for defining the strategic plans for ALCON’s PHACO Development programs around our top 12 international markets and provide executional guidance as well as content to maximize ROI in line with overall business priorities.
Your main responsibilities:
• Develop operational guidelines for PHACO development (PD) program to enhance ROIs (incl. head count, structure, and other investments)
• Program’s Content Management (develop content, stream content at international, upload content to Alcon Experience Academy)
• Develop Standards & Toolkits for execution at country level
• Recommend opportunities to maximize impact from PD programs through better connection with customers and commercial teams in country etc.
• Define, program outcomes analytics and KPIs and perform program efficiency analysis
• Provide strategic guidance on investment levels, focus areas (even beyond classic PD), and resourcing in line with market opportunities
• Identification and recommend new opportunities for PD development and areas to wind down/re-position PD resources
Minimum requirements
What we are looking for:
• At least 5 years Business management experience in ophthalmology, ideally: customer facing experience: sales, training
• Understanding of financial decision making relative to investment
• Strong Training management skills
• Strong Strategic planning competency
• A team player
• Ophthalmology degree - MBA or similar business degree preferred
