We are the backbone of each division, making sure they run smoothly throughout the whole year.
In this role, you will take over parts of the current role of the Senior Executive Assistant as well as support with complex tasks and projects. You will be in the Service Delivery division and closely work with the Chief Service Delivery Officer, focusing on calendar management and administration. Every day is different and it never gets boring.
Your mission
Responsibility for the secretarial office of our Chief Service Delivery Officer and active management of his highly volatile calendar
Organisation of customer meetings, workshops and business trips
Management of open tasks (including coordination and tracking of delegated tasks, mailing, archiving, time and expense recording)
Preparation and follow-up of executive board / management meetings (scheduling of meetings and planning of the agenda, layout of presentations, participating in and taking minutes at the meetings)
Point of contact for and close collaboration with the executive board, HR, finance as well as other departments
What you need
Vocational training (Commercial apprenticeship or hospitality/tourism apprenticeship)
1-2 years office administration experience
High level of quality awareness, reliability, conscientiousness and discretion
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
Sound user knowledge of MS Office, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint, as well as excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills
Quick- and open-minded, eager to learn and able to set priorities, ability to communicate with different people appropriate to their level and function
