You will be in a new team and lead/shape how NIBR Informatics (NX) delivers projects and programs by aligning Project and Program management skills and delivery approaches across NX. Your significant expertise will enable you to work side-by-side with Product Management and Engineering Leads to identify the best approaches for managing delivery and have Product lines and Product teams with the right talent.

Responsibilities include but are a not limited to:

• Work with the Strategy and Portfolio management team to improve Portfolio level planning by helping plan complex activities and inter-dependencies across the Portfolio

• Understand full NX Portfolio, status of activities, issues and blockers, and deploy talent based on the priorities of the NX Portfolio

• Partner in execution of delivery across Products lines, Products and Projects, planning execution, managing delivery, identifying blockers and supporting teams

• Collaborate with the global NX Delivery Excellence team to integrate and advance best practice in Project Management for Product and Service delivery

• Early adopter of metrics/ methods of Service and Product Delivery, providing feedback and steering methods for simplicity and impact

• Collaborative leader practicing excellence in your field across NX and with NIBR stakeholders; highly respected by broad NX community

• Servant leader, supporting and mentoring your team to success

Minimum requirements

What you will bring to this role:



• Bachelor degree or higher in Technology, Life Sciences, or closely related subject. Formal Project and Program Management training (e.g. PMP)

• Significant relevant broad technology project and program management career success with increasing levels of responsibility, including at least 5 years of leading the strategy and delivery of large complex international organizational-wide technology implementation projects and programs across a range of IT infrastructure, Software solutions and Products, using agile and adaptive project management approaches

• Experienced investigating then leading innovative IT projects that delivered clever outcomes to advanced and difficult client-wide problems where large-scale standard software/hardware implementation wasn’t the solution

• Sophisticated stakeholder management and relationship building skills, you quickly win trust with all levels of influencer. Colleagues and clients seek you out for your Project & Program Management expertise and advice. You engage with bright colleagues across IT and non-IT for their input and challenges; you see the strategic overview, understand and plan for risks and liabilities, identify project champions from all levels of the organization, and lead the analysis and resolution of complex problems to complex issues

• Understanding of and experience working with key success drivers, constraints and complexities within a global organization (multi-site, multi-country, x,000+ employees)

• Record of successfully implementing, operating and improving operational processes

• Results-focus and passion for efficient delivery; Excellent executive communication and influencing ability

• Experienced Line / People manager. You are a highly resourceful and motivated leader with a strong collaborative spirit. You take interest in those you lead more than a project resource; you are naturally curious about their strengths, areas of growth and how you can support them. You are a servant-leader without hierarchical approach and see colleagues as peers and people, not only resources. Your values & behaviors, ethics and integrity are outstanding.

• Able to travel 25%
