Account Technology Strategist
Overview
Account Technology Strategists (ATSs) are our enterprise customer's chief architects. Acting as a chief architect offers a high profile, customer-facing role that is the primary technical face and orchestration point for enterprise customers. Successful ATS' have a strong, proven IT background and demonstrated knowledge with a broad range of Microsoft solutions and technologies. As an ATS you must relish the opportunity to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with technical leads at large organizations including CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and IT Directors.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing the account technology vision and strategy to support the overall business objectives for Microsoft and customers. The ATS works closely with the Account Executive, Customer Support, Technical Sales, and Business Development sales disciplines to ensure all new sales are well scoped to achieve sustainable business results. ATS's champion their customer success across varying Microsoft solutions, technologies, and channel partners often within multiple accounts. The role includes coordinating and guiding both the customer and Microsoft enterprise account teams on all technical domains.
Cloud Solution Architect
Overview
The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) is a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them to unlock the full potential of the Azure Platform. CSAs are responsible for enhancing the customer experience with the Azure platform, using consultative methods to ensure that the customer can realize the full business value of the cloud platform. CSAs will be split by specialism focusing on either infrastructure, data or application development.
Responsibilities
As a CSA, you are responsible for a customers experience with the Azure platform, how the customer uses the cloud to deploy applications quickly and effectively, how they store their business data, how they run their entire business using our trusted cloud platform. The CSA is running technical workshops with the customer to help them understand new features in Azure as the cloud continues to evolve again ensuring they are getting as much business value as possible out of the Azure platform.
